To make our products available to you these website T & C’s written on the webpage shall manage your use of our website and any orders placed shall be in accordance with these conditions
Description of Products
Each Product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description which sets out additional Specific Conditions related to that Product including, without limitation, terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery dates and times, warranties, after-sales service and guarantees.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a Product until your order is accepted in accordance with our Order Acceptance Policy.
All products listed upon the website are done so as an Invitation to Treat.
We reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice. All sizes and weights given as a guide only and are approximate. Representations of colour are approximate due to the limitations of photographic and calibrations of different output devices.
Payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the Products ordered plus delivery charges as set out in the Delivery Costs section of this Website. Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the checkout and once you have placed your order, your nominated account will be debited immediately and you will be sent an email to confirm your order.
You confirm that the credit, debit or store card that is being used is yours.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
All goods will remain the property of Little Chick Baby until full payment is received
All card payments are processed for you by either bank transfer or PayPal. The balance is paid to Little Chick Baby. The total amount you pay is the same regardless of the payment method.
Refusal of Transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any Product from this Website whether or not that Product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
To be eligible to purchase Products on this Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under English law you must:
- Register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information.
- Be over 18 years of age.
- Stipulate a delivery address in the United Kingdom. Please note that PO box numbers, hotels and accommodation addresses are not acceptable.
- Possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.
By making an offer to buy a Product, you specifically authorise us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.
Special Promotions and Offers
Any special promotional offers made available on this website cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer, promotional or voucher-based discounts. Brand exclusions may apply. Any free items sent with your order must be returned if the whole order is returned, if part of the order is returned, any free items must be returned if the remaining order value is below the threshold required to claim the free gift. We reserve the right to deduct the value of the free items RRP (Recommend Retail price) from the refund if they are not returned with the order
Returns
At Little Chick Baby we strive to give you the best possible shopping experience as we know there is lots of choice and we are honoured that you have chosen to shop with us. In the likely event that your item is faulty or damage, please get in touch either, via email sales@littlechickbaby.co.uk or phone, we will do our best to help. Some items are exempt from returns, i.e sanitary goods, underwear, toothbrushes, teething mittens, personalised goods, if you are unsure please ask.
Items returned by the courier from overseas as undelivered if customs charges have not been paid by the buyer or not collected from the delivery office will be refunded less the cost of postage after the parcel has been returned to us.. If free postage was used the cost will be deducted from the refund.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange your item the quickest way is to re-order via the website and return the unwanted item (complete with all packaging/ tags etc unused and unworn) and we will refund upon receipt. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns for unwanted items,
If you have changed your mind – no problem, in line with distance selling regulations we will accept a return for whatever reason up to 30 days from purchase.
These returns must fall within the following guidelines
- Be unused unworn & unwashed
- Be complete with all the packaging and tags still attached.
- Packaging is still intact and not torn
- Refund will be made using the same original payment method
If postage has been charged on the parcel on the original order and not all items are returned the postage cost will not be refunded. It is your responsibility to ensure the parcel is received by us in a secure manner, it is suggested that a tracked service is used which offer your peace of mind
