International Shipping:
International Charges are depending on the weight and size of the parcel and we guarantee all parcels to be sent INTERNATIONAL TRACKED. (5-7 working days for Europe, 5-10 working days for US, Australia, Canada & New Zealand, the rest of the world varies depending on the Country). Sometimes we can offer a better postage price for overseas orders depending on what our carriers are offering, just drop us a note and we can look at it for you. Customs duties and fees are NOT included in the shipping price. These vary country to country please seek advice from your countries authority. Please note any parcels will be held by customs, you will be contacted by your local customs office informing you of any duties due, your parcel will not be released until you (the Buyer) have paid all outstanding charges (if any). Please make sure a telephone number is on the order so you can be contacted by customs. If a contact number is not placed on the order this may result in a delay and possible rejection & return of the parcel.
Large or Heavy items being delivered to overseas addresses may be subject to higher courier fees not calculated correctly in the shopping basket. If this happens we will search all available courier options to ensure that we offer you the cheapest courier price available. We will contact you to see if you wish to proceed with your order.
Order over £150 (non sale goods) and receive free postage – code INTERNATIONAL100 this is for items under 2kg in weight and no longer than a combined measurement of 90 cm on 3 sides
If using Paypal please make sure that your delivery address is up to date and correct as your order will be posted to your Paypal address.
Any orders returned to us by the courier where postage has been charged the refund will not include the original postage cost. This applies also to any item sent internationally where customs charges/duties have not been paid by the buyer.
